The Marion High School boys bowling team won the Herrin Regional championship Saturday at Herrin Bowl and now advances to the Mt. Vernon Sectional. Marion won the title with 5,596 pins and now moves on along with Herrin (5,409), Anna-Jonesboro (5,309) and Mt. Vernon (5,220). Marion's scores came from Noah Cash (1,138), Dennis Johnson (1,130), Landon Richards (1,129), Ty Williams (1,102) and Collin Marshall (1,097). Anna-Jonesboro freshman Aden Hopkins was the individual champion with 1,231 pins.
