We will be hosting our annual Sports Physical Clinic this year on Thursday, May 9th. Make sure you stop by and pick up a packet in the athletic office. You will need to return a physical form completed by a parent or guardian to Tiffany in the office and at that time she will give you an appointment time. You must sign up and turn in your packet no later than Friday, May 3rd in order to get an appointment. This clinic is available to all current freshmen, sophomores and juniors.
