The Marion community came out strong to support the family of Timmy and Aubrey Mieldezis as part of Friday night's basketball game against Carbondale. With the sale of a special T-shirt in addition to raffles, a 50/50 drawing and other generous donations, including the proceeds of Pepsi products sold at the game, nearly $5,000 was raised to help the family with medical bills incurred due to the premature birth of triplets. Money can still be donated to the family through MHS athletics at the high school.
